How much is shipping?
€3.99 per order, and free on orders of €50 or more. Every order is tracked.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually arrive in 10–20 days. Items from one order may arrive in separate parcels.
How can I track my order?
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also use our Track Order page.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Write to us first and we will guide you. See Returns & refunds.
My item arrived damaged. What now?
Send a photo or video to support@happyfloof.shop within 14 days and we will replace or refund it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to us as soon as possible. We can usually change or cancel an order before it ships.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, depending on your country. Checkout is secure and encrypted.
Which size should I choose?
Sizes and measurements are listed on each product page. Not sure? Send us your pet's breed or measurements and we will help.
