14-day right of withdrawal

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email us at support@happyfloof.shop with your order number and we will send you the return instructions and address.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
• We refund the full amount (including the original standard shipping) within 14 days of receiving the return, using your original payment method.

Faulty or wrong item?

Send us a photo or video within 14 days of delivery and we will offer a free replacement or a full refund. Your legal guarantee rights under EU and Spanish consumer law are not affected.
